| AIRPORT SERVICE Two local airports, the Lawrenceville-Brunswick Municipal Airport and the Mecklenburg-Brunswick Regional Airport, serve Brunswick County's general aviation needs. The Lawrenceville-Brunswick Airport is paved and has a lighted 3,200 foot runway with fuel and instrument rating available. The Mecklenburg-Brunswick Regional Airport is paved and has a 5,000 foot runway with complete services. Both Richmond International Airport and the Raleigh-Durham International Airport provide regularly scheduled freight and passenger service.
