Brunswick Power Station, located on 214 acres along U.S. 58 near Lawrenceville, officially began generating electricity for Dominion customers on April 25, 2016. The 1,358 megawatt, natural-gas fueled power station can generate enough electricity to serve 340,000 homes. Construction on the $1.3 billion power station began in summer 2013.

Brunswick Power Station is a 3-on-1 combined cycle power station fueled entirely by natural gas. The station uses the latest technology and is among the most efficient power station in the country.
